Questions about Tenka Marketplace

Does Tenka take a commission on each transaction?

No. You pay Tenka a monthly or yearly plan, not a percentage of transactions.

Which payment gateways can we use?

We walk you through the payment gateway options and how to register during the demo and setup.

How many sellers and products can it handle?

For a single store: Store holds 200 products, Store Pro 2,000, and Store Business is unlimited. For multi-seller: Starter covers 50 sellers and 2,000 products, Business 500 sellers and 20,000 products, and beyond that choose Enterprise. Buyers and orders are unlimited on every plan.

Can we choose or buy store themes?

Yes. Store and Starter include 2 free themes, Store Pro and Business include 4, and Store Business includes all basic themes plus 11% off premium themes. A theme store with premium themes is coming soon to your store dashboard. In the meantime, contact us for the theme you need.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. Every Tenka Marketplace plan includes your own domain.
