What personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.

This policy explains what personal data is collected through the tenkatech.com website, what it is used for, and what your rights are. It was written with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Who we are

This website is operated by Tenka Tech ("we"), based in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. For questions about personal data, contact contact@tenkatech.com.

Data we collect

When you fill in a demo request, quote request, or waitlist form, we collect:

  • your name;
  • your company name and company size, if provided;
  • your work email and WhatsApp number, if provided;
  • the interest you select and the message you write;
  • the page language, the page address where the form was sent, and the time of your consent;
  • how you arrived, such as a search engine, social media, or an ad campaign name, and the first page you opened.

For security and spam prevention, our server also logs common technical data, such as IP address and browser type.

Your theme, currency, and announcement bar choices are stored in your browser (local storage), not on our server.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand how this website is used, such as the pages opened, device type, approximate location, and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes this data on our behalf. We do not use these statistics to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

What we use data for

  • Contacting you about the request you sent.
  • Preparing a demo and quote that fit your needs.
  • Keeping the website secure and preventing form abuse.
  • Understanding which marketing channels bring in requests, so our promotion is better targeted.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We process form data based on the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Visit statistics are processed based on our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Who can see the data

Request data is only visible to the team that handles sales and support. For contracts and billing, data may be shared with the partner that handles client contracts. Our technical service providers, such as hosting, email, and Google Analytics, process data on our behalf with appropriate safeguards.

How long data is kept

Request data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and any business relationship that follows, for no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to and a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent to processing.

Security

Data is stored on servers with restricted access and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Even so, no system is completely risk-free. If a personal data protection failure occurs, we will notify you as required by the applicable rules.
